TAX AUDIT REPRESENTATION (Routine) Tax Inquiry or Proposed Tax Changes Disputed
A deposit of $350 for the first two hours is due at the onset.
The fee includes both the Federal and State Power of Attorneys and Transcripts of Accounts for all entities. Each additional hour of representation is based on an hourly fee of $100 per hour. There are additional costs icurred for Copies, Postage, Faxes and Miscellaneous fees paid on your behalf. NOTE: If the return was prepared by our office, there is no charge for the initial review of the Tax Inquiry. If the mistake is ours, there is NO Charge!

TAX AUDIT REPRESENTATION (Complex) Tax levies, tax liens or failure to file two or more tax return years, or
Request for Taxpayer Advocate Assistance and Application for Taxpayer Assistance Order
A deposit of $500 for the first three hours is due at the onset.
